These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the RedinAlanya website and services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

RedinAlanya provides an online platform for tour booking and reservation in Alanya and surrounding areas. We act as an intermediary between customers and licensed tour operators.

3. Booking & Reservations

Reservations are subject to availability. Confirmed bookings are binding agreements between you and the tour operator. Prices are displayed in EUR with TRY equivalents.

4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the tour start time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full. Weather-related cancellations by the operator receive a full refund.

5. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate personal information, follow tour safety guidelines, and comply with local laws and regulations.

6. Liability

RedinAlanya acts as a booking platform. Tour operators are directly responsible for the execution and safety of tours. We make reasonable efforts to partner with licensed and insured operators.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in Alanya courts.
