This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of tour and activity services through the redinalanya.com platform.

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, except for services that have already been performed or have a specific date. Tour bookings with confirmed dates are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the service period begins.
